Open a Logix 5000 L5X export and step through the logic exactly as the controller would run it — rungs, tags, and all four IEC languages. Edit Ladder and Structured Text outright; adjust step and transition content in SFC and inputs and outputs in Function Block, without restructuring the diagram itself. Watch what happens, throw it away if it's wrong. No PLC required, and nothing you didn't already have leaves your machine.
